Our mission is to provide the best youth football experience possible for families of the Lakota community. We will teach our players fundamentally sound football techniques and concepts within a competitive environment. We believe the best strategy for their development is teaching our players to compete tenaciously and to learn from every outcome. We will coach our athletes to improve focus, give great effort, and be great teammates. We will operate with the belief that our organization exists to serve our members, not the other way around. When making organizational decisions, we will strive to be transparent and allow our members to have a voice in the process.
